Dehumidifying Dryers【Challenger】

Heat the moisture in the air with the moisture absorbent, heat it, and send it to the drying hopper to dry the resin pellet. Hot air Dryer Dry resin pellets to low moisture even in highly humid plastic enclosures, super engineering plastics, and other resins that cannot be completely dried (hydrated inside the resin).

Nitrogen Dryers

Fill the drying hopper with high concentration nitrogen gas and heat dry in low oxygen conditions. Compared to air-heated drying, it reduces yellowing and deterioration of materials. It is mainly used for molding optical parts.

Reduced Pressure Dryers【Deco】

Directly heat the resin pellets and vacuum dry them with a vacuum pump. Decompression reduces the oxygen concentration and prevents yellowing. In addition, it significantly reduces the vaporized gas components generated during drying and minimizes the frequency of mold maintenance at the same time as drying resin pellets.
